FAST Training Development

I recently got written up by TechSmith, maker of Camtasia Studio, Snag-It and Morae because I produced a 195-page training tutorial in one weekend using their product. Here are the details:

"Camtasia Studio is a powerful, easy-to-use recording tool to capture computer output. It speeds up production of training and documentation," said David Orr, instructional designer and founder of David Orr Consulting, LLC.

Orr was designing and developing training for the printing management software of a national printing company in St. Louis. While working remotely from his home in North Carolina, he needed to interview subject matter experts (SMEs) and see how they demonstrated the software.
